He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Faye Smith; his wife Glenna Gregory of London; his daughters, Carla Hughes Hinkle (Kenneth) of Corbin and Cindy Hughes Carnes (Mike) of Barbourville; his sisters, Kay Blevins (Don) of Barbourville and Barbara Hughes of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Gavin Hinkle, Marley and Braxton Carnes; his stepgrandson Tristan Hinkle; and his nephew Terry Bullock.
