He is survived by : his wife Cosetta Smith Hale; his daughter Holly Hale Lawson (David) of London, KY; his granddaughters, Chloe Robinson (Ben) and Emma Lawson; and his siblings, Felix Hale of Barbourville, KY, Kathy Smith of London, KY, Wanda Lewis of London, KY and Darrell Hale (Sherry) of London, KY. He is also survived by family; plus a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
