She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Leavell and Norine Giddle; her grandmother Giddle; her husband Richard "Dick" Wurth; and her brothers, Jim Lilly, Elbert Green and Dwight Green.
She is survived by: her stepmother Inas Leavell; her children, Lisa Renee Bentley (Joe) of Russellville, Laura Rowland (Mitch) of Bardwell, Tracy Wurth of Paducah and Troy Wurth (Shelia) of Graves County; and her siblings, Retha Greeson (Doyle) of Portland, Doris Hoke of North Dakota and Bill Boyd of Louisiana. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
