She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Spieler (Peter) of Santa Barbara, California and Brad Carney of Paducah, Kentucky; her sister Sharon Cumbee (Jimmy) of Mayfield, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Will Spieler, Lucas Spieler and Brooke Spieler.
