He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rose Sr. and Leola Williamson Rose; and his brother Kenneth Rose. He is survived by: his brothers, David Rose Jr. (Debbie) of Lansing and Duane Rose (Jennifer) of Lone Oak, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
