He is survived by: his wife Pansy Scillion Heflin of Paducah, Kentucky; his son Randy Heflin; and his siblings-in-law, Frances Clutts, Linda Stokes, Shelia Lindley, Benny Scillion, Don Scillion and Ricky Scillion.
