She is survived by: her husband Sammy Smith of Paducah, Kentucky; her children, Kim Green (Kerry) of Paducah, Melanie Coles (Timmy) of Wingo, Kentucky and Michael Smith (Laura) of Paducah, Kentucky; and her sisters, Deborah Britt of Fenton and Sharon Stuart of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
