She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Strack Sr.; and her daughter Amber Nicole Hayden. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Hayden of Hickory, Kentucky; her mother Janice Duff Strack; her daughters, Lacey Feezor (Chris) of South Boston and Ashley Cocke (Ben) of Shelbyville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Lucas Aderholdt, Kensi Cocke, Bentley Feezor, Logan Feezor and Tally Beth Feezor; and her brothers, Tom Strack Jr. of Eddyville and Greg Strack (Michelle) of Sharpe, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
