She is survived by: her husband Randy Mattingly; her children, Theresa Mattingly of Springfield, Shannon Mattingly of New Hope and Randy Mattingly, Jr. (Megan) of Lebanon; and her siblings, Joe Raley (Brenda) of Saint Francis, Margaret Hagan (Louis) of Holy Cross and Debra Hill (David) of Saint Mary's. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
