He was predeceased by: his father William T. "Frank" Clark; and his sisters, Marian E. Higdon and Theresa Elaine Wathen. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew and Tyler Clark of Bardstown; his granddaughter Makayla Clark; his mother Lorene Peake Clark of Holy Cross; and his siblings, Darlene Wideman (David) of Radcliff, Jane Dragoo (Jimmy) of Bardstown, Cathy Fenwick (Mike) of Bardstown, Lola Ballard (Ralph) of Bardstown, Roxanne Norris (Glenn) of Holy Cross, Frankie Clark (Rhonda Krauss) of Bardstown, Eddie Clark of Holy Cross, Charles Clark (Elaine) of Loretto, Mark (Cathy) of Holy Cross, Phillip Clark of Holy Cross and Steve Clark of Saint Francis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
