He was predeceased by : his daughter Shannon Renee Pinkston; and his parents, Jerome Ballard and Monica Mattingly Ballard. He is survived by : his son Jason Ballard (Tiffany) of Boston; his son-in-law Jamie Pinkston of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Gavin, Trenton Pinkston, Molly, Emma Ballard, Michael and Kolbie Fulkerson; and his siblings, Debbie Corbett (Bill) of Loretto, Denise Miles of Loretto, Cindy Osborne of Lebanon and Jerry Ballard (Bev) of Holy Cross.
