He is survived by : his parents, Francis Maggert and Marjorie Wisecup (Kindell); his brother Randy Maggert; his stepbrothers, Dave, Darrin and Corey Selsor (Norma Sparks); his stepchildren, Thomas Sparks, Justin, Mikey Blair and Jessica Blair; his aunts, Miriam Foster, Shirley Pepels, Judy Locker, Linda Kindell and Annette Hawes; his cousin Teresa Guy (Jim); his close friends, Mark Tilton, Michael, Ethel Cornett, Kyle Fauver, Jeremiah Williams, Jerry Scott, Christopher Taylor and Brian Ellifritz; and his pets, Brute, Sammie, Shadow, Barney, Tiggy, Drake and Crash.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association in remembrance of Timothy.
