He is survived by: his wife Edith Jewel Miller Barger; his daughter Clarisa "Reece" Barger-Combs; his son-in-law David Combs; his grandchildren, Gena Danielle Combs of Hazard, Kentucky., Jordan David Jaxon Combs of Hazard, Kentucky. and Cameron Lee Colwell of Hazard, Kentucky.; his siblings, Floyd Barger of Chavies, James Ray Barger of New Carlisle, Ohio, Elizabeth Craft of Keavy, Beatrice Caudill of Viper and Margaret Barger-Brown of Bulan, Kentucky.; and his pet Murdoc. He is also survived by companion and the true love of his life.
