He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Combs and Donna Combs. He is survived by: his son Maddix Hayes of Jackson, KY.; his brother Donovan "Don Don" Combs of Lost Creek, KY.; his uncles, Bobby Combs, Jr. (April Pelfrey), Brent Noble and Matthew Combs (Stella); his aunt Lisa Combs; his nephew David Thomas Miller; and his cousins, Todd Combs (May), Kevin Combs, Cody Combs, Zach Combs and Laken Combs.
