She is survived by: her son Franklin Lane Neace; her siblings, Roy Howard, Jr., Maxine Cooley and Michelle Hayes; her children, William Neace of Jackson, KY. and Wendy Roark of Jackson, KY.; her brother Bill Howard (Sheila) of Ft. Thomas, KY.; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Roark and Joseph Neace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
