She was predeceased by: her father Billy Collins. She is survived by: her mother Angela Peck Collins; her husband Timothy Adkins; her children, Madison Dale, Morgan Dale and Seth Adkins; her stepson Timothy Adkins; her siblings, Joseph Collins (Kayla), Kimberly Collins and Shelly Collins; and her nieces and nephews, Isabella Marcum, Camron VanHoose, Lexi Bayes, Shad Bayes, Kate Collins, Gabby Collins and Cooper Collins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
