She is survived by: her husband Jerry Pack of Louisa, KY; her children, Jeremy Paul Pack (Jamie) of Louisa, KY and Peggy Marie Cox (Paul) of Kenova, WV; her siblings, Gene Endicott (Lynn) of Inez, KY and Peggy Endicott of Inez, KY.; her grandchildren, Ryan Brown (Shailey), Ryder Brown, Peyton Brown, Kobe Pack, Kendra Pack, Krispian Pack, Kayden Cox and Lillian Mason; and her great grandchild Rowan Knox Brown.
