She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Vance and Margaret York Vance; and her siblings, Anna Morris, William "Herbie" Vance and Thomas Vance.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Steiner; her children, Trent Steiner (Kristin), Effie and Kathy Steiner; and her siblings, Wilma (Clyde "Bud" Wilson), Donna Bailey (Fred) and Leburn Vance. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
