He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chapman; his daughters, April Young (Chuck) and Angie Pollis (Jason Fields); his grandchildren, Douglas Chapman, Ethan Young, Andrah and Abby Pollis; his siblings, Gloria Adkins (Earl), Beverly Chapman Burgess (Keith) and Larry Chapman; and his brother-in-law Robert Moore. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
