She was predeceased by : her husband Clarence Hale (Eddie); her sons, Ricky, Carl and Richard Frazier; her siblings, Cecil, Junior, Bobby, Howard Lee Smith, Ruby Sabo, Lucille Rhodes, Beulah York and Anna May Bowen (Dottie); and also James Hale.
She is survived by : her son Rodney Frazier (Rose) of Fort Gay, WV; her stepdaughters, Heather Fluty and Fiance'Rexcil Ferguson of Louisa; her daughter Haley Chaney (Patrick) of Louisa; her children-in-law, Glenn Fluty and Ramonia Walker; her grandchildren, April Knight (Jason) of North Carolina, Patricha Frazier (Kate Diamond) of Louisa, Shelby Frazier of Fort Gay, WV, Conner and Devon Fluty of Louisa; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey Knight of North Carolina and Constance June Chaney (CJ) of Louisa, KY; her sisters-in-law, Missy Boggs (Curtis) of Blaine, Margaret Hale of Louisa and Anita Hale-Fugitt (Paul) of Louisa; her close friends, Scott Naugle (Vicki), Misty Fitch and Keith Tuttle; and also, Alaiina and Patrisha Anderson.
