He was predeceased by: his father Willie Webb; and his son Phillip Webb. He is survived by: his wife Edna Webb; his daughter Carlotta Spurlock (Ervin); his siblings, Clell Webb and Anna Bandy; and his grandson Phillip Adam Webb. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
