He is survived by: his parents, Michael Salmons and Paula Robinett; his grandmother Lottie Perry; and his siblings, Michael Salmons (Linda), David McCallister (Sarah), Tara Campioni (Jon), Michelle Dunn (Tim) and Amy Ethel (J. R.). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
