He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Madeline Rowe Skeens; and his brothers, Tom and Glenn Skeens. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his children, Craig Skeens (Becky) and Paula Puckett (Jonah); his grandchildren, Mikey, Kayla, Alyssa, Tyler, Carly, Dylan and Mason; and his sister-in-law Brenda Wellman. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
