She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Gene Austin; her daughter Teresa Ann Ison; her sister Paula Jean Skaggs; her great-nephew Cole Wasierski; and her sister-in-law Jeraldine Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Ison (Kay) and Kandy Ann Austin of Louisa, KY.; her grandson Travis Ison (Mackenzie) of Lawrenceburg, KY.; and her siblings, Robert "Dickie" Skaggs, Thomas "Terry" Skaggs and Gwenola "Gwen" Constable (Roy) of Pickerington, OH. She is also survived by five nephews and two nieces along with numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home (201 W Main St, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Skaggs Cemetery.
