She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Mundy and Cora Mundy (Rasbough); her daughter Shawna Carol Bentley; and her brothers, Clayton Mundy, Harold Mundy and Ken Mundy.
She is survived by: her husband Kethel Bentley; her children, Brad Page of Joes Creek, Shannon Bentley of Dorton, Melissa Page Hess of Ohio and Kristie Maynard of Louisa; and her sister Joyce Sanderson of Reading, MI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
