It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Woods (Louisa, Kentucky), who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shortridge and Ruth Rice Shortridge; her husband Mickey Woods; her grandson Christopher Branham; and her great grandchild Olivia Branham.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Sanders (Marc), Karynn Smith (Michael) and Michael Woods (Dejuana); and her grandchildren, Amanda Howton (Ronnie), Scott Branham (Kim), Jessica Wells (Bo Layman), Brandon Stevens (Lisa Marie), Erica Sammons (Jeff), Alyssa Woods and Michael Abraham Woods.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that expression of sympathy take the form of donations to the Saint Jude Children's Hospital or your local Humane Society.
