He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fitzpatrick and Dixie Fitzpatrick (Branham); and his brothers, Raymond Fitzpatrick, Dwight Fitzpatrick, Burgess Fitzpatrick and Delbert Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his sons, Matt Fitzpatrick of Louisa, KY and Josh Fitzpatrick of Paintsville, KY; his siblings, Randall Fitzpatrick of Prestonsburg, KY and Mary Lou Endicott of Catlettsburg, KY.; and his granddaughters, Ella Grace Fitzpatrick and Lilly Kate Fitzpatrick.
