It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floretta Gail McKenzie of Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Taylor Frazier and Martha Adkins Frazier; her husband Merman McKenzie; her children, David McKenzie, Richard McKenzie and Doretta Gay McKenzie; and her granddaughter Kayla Cochran.
She is survived by : her children, Merman Ray McKenzie (Gwen) and Lisa Booth; her grandchildren, Matthew McKenzie (Susan), Wade McKenzie (Maria), Joshua McKenzie (Nicole), Jennifer Febish (Jay), Jason McKenzie (Vicki), Brandi Hinkle and Darren Booth; and her sisters, Connie Stewart and JoAnn Rife. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
