Frances Ratcliff Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ratcliff of Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurel Maynard and Stella Maynard (Pope); and her husband Mose D. Ratcliff. She is survived by: her children, Denny Ratcliff (Brenda), Mose Ratcliff, Jr. (Pauline), James Ratcliff, Janice Kennard, Jeannie Lambert (Jim) and Lisa Breech (David). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
