He is survived by: his wife Betty Akers Lowe; his daughters, Jodi Brown (Randy) of Salyersville, Allison Jarrell (Jackie) of Louisa and Terri Lowe Jarrell of Louisa; his grandchildren, Gary Lowe, Justin Brown, Brandi Brown, Whittley Brown of Salyersville, Ethan Brown, Jeremy Brown of Indiana, Steven Blackburn of Louisa, Katelin Hill of Harold, Ethan Trujillo of Tennessee and Lindsey Kendrick of London; and his siblings, James Lowe, Danny Lowe, Sammy Lowe, Stevie Lowe, David Lowe, Judy Salazar and Cheryl Ratliff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
