He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McCoy and Phronsie McCoy; his siblings, Bob, Gordon McCoy, Helen "Joan" Thompson, Manie O'Pell, Gladys "Pug" Skeens and Mildred Taylor; his in-laws, Dewitt and Barbara Diamond; and his daughter Michelle Ann McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Ann Diamond McCoy; his sisters, Roberta Jean "Jeanie" McCoy and Elaine Shortridge (Carl); his children, Barbara Denton (Bryan) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Jason McCoy (Diana) of San Antonio, TX, Larry McCoy of Louisa, KY, Walter McCoy of Louisa, KY and Bernie Sims of Louisa, KY; and his grandchildren, Adriana Barnett (Garrett) of San Antonio, TX, Leticia McCoy of San Antonio, TX, Benjamin McCoy of San Antonio, TX, Cecileigh Watts (Chris) of Zebulon, GA, Mike Sims (Bailey) of Zebulon, GA and Brianna Baize of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and more nieces, nephews, family, honorary family and friends.
