He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Fugett and Dixie Mae Hardwick Fugett; his wife Edna Mae Thompson Fugett; his son Jack Fugett Jr.; and his grandsons, Jerry Fugett and Gary Christopher Bond.
He is survived by: his children, Beanesa Worden (Forest), Brenda Ewers and Jerry Burton Fugett (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Damian Branch, Veronica Fugett, Melissa Cole, Cassidy Fugett and Christina Beauford. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
