He is survived by: his children, Arthur Kitts (Amber) and Karen Marcum (Eddie); and his stepchildren, Eric Congrove (Evelyn), Robert Congrove (Alice), Wayne Congrove (Sherri) and Teresa Binkley (James). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
