He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Fitzpatrick Fields; his sons, Jessie Nathan Fields (Sara) and Michael Kelton Fields (Teah); his grandchildren, Ashley Wellman-Fields, Ethan Richard Fields and Roger Blayne Parker Fields; and his siblings, Avanell Hodge, Loretta Fitch, Helen Evans (Keith) and Michael Lundy Fields.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
