She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Pennington and Faith Nelson Pennington. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ray Isaac; her children, Charles David Isaac (Kathy) and Nancy Louise Foster (Kirk Vickery); her grandchildren, Caleb Vickery, J. D. Church, Casey Pack, Christopher Stokes, Savannah Vickery and Alisa Lunceford; and her sister Nora Lemaster (Darren). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Isaac Park Church (198 Clayton Branch Rd, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
