She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruye Cavin Sr. and Pauline Hampton Cavin; and her husband Lee LeForrest. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Boyd (Ronnie) and Amy Doss (Frank); her grandchildren, Rebecca Stansberry, Tessa Boyd (Colton Pence) and Tori Ellison; her great grandchild Bradlee Muncy; and her siblings, John R. Cavins (Rita) and Joyce Sexton (Wendell).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the First Baptist Church Louisa Operation Christmas Child or the Christmas Angel Tree program.
