She was predeceased by: her parents, Philmore Neace and Dovie Waybright Neace; her son Christopher Cline; her boyfriend Erwin Ruben Cline; her son-in-law Ronnie Lee Tackett Jr.; and her siblings, Rosie Neace, Virginia Lou Wolford, Helen Neace, Stella Baize, Frank Neace, Philmore Neace Jr., Shirley Neace, Mandy Neace and Ruby Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Rose (Jack) of North Carolina, Erwin Cline Jr. (Dora) of Justice and Jennifer Cline-Tackett of Louisa, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Kailah Metzbower (Michael) of North Carolina, Evan Tackett of Louisa, Kentucky and Emma Tackett of Louisa, Kentucky.; her sisters, Mary Grimmett of Hanover and Betty Jane Neace of Hanover; her siblings-in-law, Betty Sue Cline of Justice, Kathy Icenhour of Isaban, Charolette Hatfield of Maryland and Jack Cline of Justice; and her friends, Renee Shannon of Louisa and Elizabeth Fields of Louisa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
