She was predeceased by : her parents, John Penix and Goldie Hall Penix; her husband Clell Adams; and her son Jerry Adams. She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Ethel Adams; her sons, Tony Adams (Diana) of Tomahawk, KY, Terry Adams (Delilah) of Tomahawk, KY and Clyde Adams (Melanie) of Inez, KY.; and her sisters, Gertrude Kimble (Phil), Jenny Spade, Oretha Zickefoose, Sharon Harris (Dave), Karen Hydeck (Joe) and Gail Berkleimer. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
