Maynard (Ruth), Wayne E. Maynard (Kay) and Jimmy Roger Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Miller Maynard; his sister Fannie Caperton (Tom); his sons, Paul Kenneth Maynard II of Lexington, KY and Trenton Blake Maynard (Ashley) of Chapman, KY; and his grandchildren, Riley Wayne Maynard and Olivia Rose Maynard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
