With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Jean Porter (Louisa, Kentucky), who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Mahon and Goldie Mahon; her husband James "Jim" Porter; her parents-in-law, Rev. Fred and Ethel Porter; and her sister-in-law Connie Mahon.

She is survived by : her daughter Judy Porter (Kevin Keaney) of Huntersville; and her brother Ralph Mahon of Beech Creek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family encourages everyone to make donations to Peggy's favorite charity Saint Jude's Medical Center in memory of her.
