He is survived by : his wife Daphene Jeanette Marcum; his children, Randall Todd Marcum (Amanda) of Inez, KY, Michael Horn (Debbie Bartley) of Louisa, KY, Alisha Marcum (Junior) of Louisa, KY, Anthony Marcum of Inez, KY, Shawn Marcum of Louisa, KY, Robert Marcum (Carol) of Louisa, KY, John Wintle of Inez, KY and Jessie Marcum (Kelcey) of Lovely, KY; and his siblings, Mathew Marcum (Rhonda) of Inez, KY, Titus Marcum (Kim) of Inez, KY and Brenda McKinney of Inez, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM and on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the TBD Zion United Baptist Church (4056 Milo Rd, Tomahawk, KY 41262). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Zion United Baptist Church (4056 Milo Rd, Tomahawk, KY 41262).
