He is survived by: his children, Angela Frazier (Kenny), Trish Copley (Frank), Bobby Skeens (Jannie) and James Skeens (Bernice); his grandchildren, Chandler Frazier, Chelsey Sturgill (Dakota), Christopher Copley (Angel), Caitlyn Parson (Trey), Brandon Skeens (Kimberly), Whitney Harris (Keith), GlynDavid Skeens (Klair Hubbard) and Alexis Skeens (Jacob Smith); and his siblings, Vonda Kay Webb, Anna Faye Johnson, Wilma Stambaugh, Darlene McCoy, Jane Bowling, Larry Webb, Wayne Webb and Dean Webb. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
