She was predeceased by: her parents, John Everette and Cleora Roberts (Moore); her siblings, Joseph Roberts, Jack Roberts, Paul Roberts, Bob Roberts, Bill Roberts, Johnny Ray Roberts, Leon Roberts, Charles Roberts, Emily Cain (Jo) and Dorothy Chaffin; and her nephew John Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat Carter Webb of Richmond, KY; her grandson Rob Webb of Georgetown, KY; her great grandchild Tyler Webb of Richmond, KY; her son Paul Ed Carter (Judy) of Georgetown, SC; her grandson Nathan Carter (Stacey); her great grandchild Blane; her grandson Steven Carter (Alaina); her great grandchildren, Mason of Pawleys Island, SC and Noah of Pawleys Island, SC; and her siblings, Elwood Roberts (Mary Ann) of Columbus, OH and Virginia Roberts Jenks of Louisa, KY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Methodist Church in Jean's honor.
