He is survived by: the mother of his children Beverly Evans; his children, Eddie Chafin (Janice), Melissa Chafin, Catrina Caudill (Herbert), Robert Chafin, Lillian Perry (Adam), Mary Kelley (Jonathon) and Jennifer Zahner (Michael); and his siblings, Luther Chafin, Phillip Chafin, Bobby Chafin, Lewis Chafin, Diane Chafin and Doris Chafin. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
