He was predeceased by: his father William Chester Gartin; and his brother Riley Franklin Gartin. He is survived by: his wife Christine Dalton Gartin; his son Adam Gartin (Brittany) of Louisa, KY; his brothers, Jerry Keith Gartin (Chrystal) of Amarillo, TX, Michael Shawn Gartin of Louisa, KY, Larry Eugene Gartin of Louisa, KY and Chester; his grandchildren, Tristan Cole Gartin, Maci Grace Gartin and Riley Cooper Gartin; and his nieces, Linda Sue Gartin and Megan Gartin.
