She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard McKenzie and Pearl McKenzie (Smith); her son Rick Chapman; and her siblings, Donald McKenzie, Bill McKenzie and Alvalene Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Chapman; her children, Donna Burchett (James), Bobby Chapman (Colleen) and Larry Chapman (Carolyn); and her siblings, Carl McKenzie, Annie Watts and Peggy Bowen. She is also survived by 6 Grandsons, 4 Granddaughters, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
