He is survived by: his wife Kay Conway; his children, Ryan Conway (Lisa), Julie Dryden (John) and Justin Conway (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sylvie Dryden, Josiann Conway and Jane Porter; and his brothers, Nicholas Conway and Kevin Conway (Marianne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Covenant Church (909 W Jefferson St, La Grange, KY 40031). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
