We announce the death of Allison Coffey Gonzalez (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Glendale, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 49. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thomas, Alyne Hodges, William, Anne Coffey and Lillian Monin (Mons).
She is survived by: her husband Hector Gonzalez, Jr.; her children, Gabe Higgins, Ely Higgins, Caitlin Hartin, Carsen Roe, Aiden Roe and Evan Roe; her stepchildren, Elena Ede (Kaleb) and Vicente Gonzalez; her parents, Jennifer Coffey and Gary Coffey; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Higgins, Alexander Higgins and Chance Higgins; her sister Kristi Hornback; and her pet Copper. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A wake was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
