She is survived by: her children, Chloe Johnson and Justin Walters (Bella); her grandchildren, Kei'Lani Taylor and Ari Walters; her siblings, Larry Birkhead, Lewis Birkhead (Tracy) and Judy Birkhead; and her siblings' children, Amber, Kameron, Jacob and Dannielynn.
