She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Laing and Rodman Medley; her husband Mark W. Luckett; her grandson Edward W Luckett; and her siblings, Ruthie Hawkins, Johnny Medley and Donald Medley.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Luckett (Maria), Susan Stine (Steve), Diane Peckinpaugh, Judy Meeks (Mark), Daniel J. Luckett, Paul Luckett (Terri) and Carol Luckett; and her siblings, Kenny Medley, Richard Medley (Martha), Mary Lou Johnson (Harry) and Carolyn Medley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosse Funeral Home (1355 Ellison Ave, Louisville, KY 40204). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
